How often should our home be washed?
Unfortunately we cannot control Mother Nature so a house located in damp and shaded areas will see the mildew return before a house that is located in direct sunlight. We apply a sealant to every house wash which contains a mildew inhibitor. This sealant will help keep the mildew from returning as if forms a protective shell to your house. Most dirt can then be washed off by the pressure of your garden hose.

PERFECT!!
For the very "picky" type of person that I am, Randy Taylor's work on our home far superseded my expectations all together. Honestly, I expected to see less than perfection which is usually the case but to my surprise our home looked brand new!! We are thankfull to Randy and his services and will most definately call him again for our exterior home cleaning needs.
