HOUSE WASHING
Our house washing technique is very unique as we only use low pressure to wash and rinse your valuable property. High pressure does have it's place in this business but if not used properly can damage your home. Our cleaning chemicals are gentle on your house and landscaping. Our standard house wash includes the house, gutters (outside), porches and steps, brick foundation, and a gentle wash and rinse to your windows. We also apply a sealant to your home at no additional charge. This sealant will help inhibit the mold and mildew from returning  too soon.

ROOF CLEANING
We offer two types of roof cleaning for your home. Both use a low pressure application but one requires a low pressure rinse while the other requires approximately 100 psi. We will be happy to discuss which one we feel is best suited for your roof. The cleaning chemicals we use are recommended by the Asphalt Shingle Manufactures of America.

DECK AND FENCE CLEANING
Although you put water seal on that deck and fence chances are that the ultraviolet rays of the sun have turned them gray. We can clean your deck or fence and return it to it's original color. You can then stain or seal it yourself or we can do it for you at a reasonable cost.

DRIVEWAYS, SIDEWALKS AND BRICK WORK AND PAVERS
We use hot water on all your concrete to help loosen and remove the mildew, dirt, oil or grease stains. In most cases we can also remove the rust stains cause by irrigation runoff. Your brickwork will not be left behind as we like to also clean your foundation and chimney as part of the house wash. Brick pavers can also be cleaned and then refilled with the proper sand and sealant.

AWNING CLEANING
We can safely clean your vinyl or fabric awning to restore it's original beauty. After the initial cleaning we will apply a sealant that will help preserve the new look that we are going to give it.
